i am sick. literally and figuratively. i have an annoying cold and i am sick of being stressed. i am also sick in that other way that is even less healthy than the cold.
i've read, that stress happens when you are forced to adjust to changes in life whether they are positive or negative changes. stress to me just means the time when i start freaking out and maybe start slamming the doors abit. but that could also mean im real pissed out.
sooo, how do you handle stress?
i have been given the advice to get out of this world and be abit of a narcissist. no not really. but relax and calm down by satisfying all of thy senses. close your eyes, listen to music, smell some scents, eat a healthy snack, and get a foot/face massage. =="
and then please, come back to earth.
i have not attempted all of these yet so i make no guarantees. still, its probably worth giving it a try. being stress does not make things better and acknowledging this sad truth still, does not prevent stress from coming. which is why sometimes you need to act tough with it, whatever method you decide to choose.
so when stress comes knocking, just slam the door to it. not literally.
